I love to create extraordinary experiences. Blending events, tech, media, brands and impossible ideas is my thing. Some of my previous projects include Disco Shopping and the tomato fight on Dam Square in Amsterdam. I organize these activities under my own Tosti Creative label. We set out to create unique experiences that people will want to tell their relatives about at Christmas dinner.

The past couple of weeks we have been working like crazy to pull off Playground CS, a pop-up city beach for young families with children. Right in front of Amsterdam Central Station! What really motivated me was proving wrong everyone who said it couldn’t be done in such a short amount of time. Want to bet?! This project is mainly aimed at children, but Playground CS will also be a great hangout for parents, neighbors and other locals. Adults can join us for tai chi or yoga lessons in the morning, or start the day reveling in the sun with a cup of coffee and today’s paper. An old sea shipping container houses a bar that serves cold drinks and snacks. Our goal for Playground CS is to welcome five hundred smiling guests per day at this amazing down-town location.

Pop-up: Playground CS

Playground CS opens its doors starting 15 July. You can’t miss the location on Prins Hendrikkade, right in front of Amsterdam Central Station! For six weeks, the former construction site for the North/South subway line will become an inviting and safe playground in one of the most recognizable spots in Amsterdam. Playground CS is aimed at young families who want to spend their time off in a modern, creative and original way. For the kids, we have a daily schedule of activities including sand castle competitions, kids yoga, paint lessons, bowls and open air film night. The theme for the first week is travelling: the kids will explore all seven continents in seven days with the possibility to join one or more of the accompanying workshops.
